Per richiedere la vostra Scheda Allenatore non dovrete far altro che aprire un topic in "Richieste Scheda Allenatore" e scrivere:
Nickname: (il nome che volete come partecipante del GDR, puň essere anche il vostro nome utente)
Genere: (Maschio o Femmina, naturalmente)
Pokémon: (Puň essere qualsiasi pokémon, naturalmente non leggendario, o evoluto)
A questo punto un Op. GDR vi risponderŕ con l'anteprima della vostra Allenatore, e il relativo codice.
